4.What is my reservation cancellation policy?

For nightly stays, reservations must be cancelled or modified 24 hours before a scheduled arrival date, or guests will be charged one night room and tax.

For extended stays, guests may be liable to pay cancelation charges of up to 100% of the negotiated rent for the balance of the term of the Accommodation Agreement. Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
