From YVR-Airport Station, take the Waterfront-bound Canada Line SkyTrain to Yaletown-Roundhouse Station (approx. 22 mins) and walk (approx. 10 mins) to 1022 Seymour Street. Located in downtown Vancouver, Level Yaletown – Seymour is 14km from YVR Airport.

• Head west on Grant McConachie Way E

• Continue onto Arthur Laing Bridge/SW Marine Drive

• Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Granville Street E/City Centre/BC-99 N and merge onto SW Marine Drive

• Continue onto Granville Street

• Keep right to continue onto Granville Bridge/BC-99 N and follow signs for Nanaimo & Gibsons/Whistler

• Continue onto BC-99 N/Seymour Street, arrive at 1022 Seymour Street

• For parkade entrance, turn right on Nelson St. and take your first right into the alley. Level’s parking access will be on the right. Please note that a FOB key is required to enter; please check-in with Guest Services at the front desk.

Arrival Information

Level Yaletown – Seymour has an entrance on Seymour Street and in the alley between Nelson and Helmcken Streets
Please use the intercom (buzz 100) to access the main door of the building and check in with Guest Services

You will be required to sign the Terms and Conditions and provide a credit card for any personal incidentals during your stay.

Minimum Check-in Age: 21
Individuals under the age of 21 are not allowed to check in or occupy a room unless they are accompanied by an adult, whether it be a parent or guardian.

4.What is my reservation cancellation policy?

For nightly stays, reservations must be cancelled or modified 24 hours before a scheduled arrival date, or guests will be charged one night room and tax.

For extended stays, guests may be liable to pay cancelation charges of up to 100% of the negotiated rent for the balance of the term of the Accommodation Agreement. Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
